    Has everything needed to complete a plant hanger. Never used, but box is open.
    Slight storage odor and the box shows some wear and dents. But it is still sturdy.
    No guarantee the stain or cord don't have age related issues such as drying out.  I have not opened either.
    I remember making macrame hamgers in the early 70's. Just a couple of days ago.
