THESE ARE MADE BY SALEM CHINA. ((they are not marked with a makers mark , but i am selling other items in this same pattern in other auctions that are marked ))the edging is lined in 23k gold. THEY ARE IN A BEAUTIFUL CHERRY BLOSSOM ? PATTERN / DESIGN.  THEY MEASURE APPROX   :  just about 6 & 3/8 INCHES  ACROSS. i see no cracks,  1 has a small chip on the frontside edge on the gold trim
